Traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Infrared saunas are seven times more effective at detoxifying the body. By raising the body's core temperature, infrared saunas can produce a sweat composed of 20% toxins as opposed to only 3% toxins in a traditional sauna.

    • Detoxification – Sweat out 7 times the amount of toxins. • Weight Loss – Burn 200 – 700 Calories in 20 minutes. • Reduce stress and fatigue • Skin improvement • Pain relief • Increase oxygen and blood circulation • Boost the immune system • Reduce radiation burden in the body • Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
